As an empathetic therapist, I am dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for all clients. I am excited to be a source of joy, as well as empowerment and personal growth. I’d be happy to help you with any challenge that you are facing.

Drawing from a comprehensive repertoire of evidence-based therapeutic approaches (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills), I collaborate with clients to meet their unique needs and preferences. CBT empowers clients to identify and modify maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors, while DBT skills training equips individuals with valuable tools to manage intense emotions and improve interpersonal relationships. Additionally, ACT allows clients to embrace personal values and commit to meaningful actions, fostering a greater sense of fulfillment and purpose. Mindfulness-based approaches promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and increased overall well-being. My extensive clinical experience includes the successful treatment of individuals grappling with Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, OCD-spectrum, and PTSD. I enjoy helping clients develop effective coping strategies, build resilience, and achieve lasting recovery.

I have crafted a career working with Transgender and Gender Diverse individuals, recognizing the unique challenges they face and providing specialized care that validates their identities and receiving specialty training and support through WPATH. Additionally, my expertise extends to working with Autistic and Neurodivergent individuals, building an accommodating environment to optimize therapeutic outcomes and enhance a sense of identity. I have a particular focus on addressing Racial Stress and Trauma, ensuring culturally competent care for individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds. We all have unique perspectives and strengths that can be cultivated to overcome any challenge.
