Licensed Clinical Psychologist: California 32096, Maryland 06656, New York 025772, authorized to provide teletherapy in 37 states and District of Columbia through PSYPACT

I am a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience in providing evidence-based therapy. I am devoted to this work because I have seen the transformative power of therapy firsthand. I’ve seen people change their lives and unlock futures that they did not think were possible. You can get there too. We will do this by creating a safe, compassionate, culturally sensitive place to let your guard down and talk about what matters most to you. People often say that they are able to discuss things here that they have never told anyone. We will collaborate on an individualized plan to meet your goals, and we will realize these goals using research-backed skills. If you’ve wanted to make a change, but you haven’t known how, and you would like concrete steps and strategies, this is the therapy for you. We will identify and change thought patterns and behavior patterns that aren’t serving you. Thoughts and emotions will no longer be the enemy, and will no longer hold you back from the life that you want to live.

I provide only the evidence-based therapies that decades of research have proven to be most effective. I have expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and mindfulness-based approaches including mindful self-compassion, and will work with you to customize these approaches to fit your goals.

I provide teletherapy (therapy through video calls) so you can attend sessions wherever you have a private space and internet, without worrying about a commute. Teletherapy covers all the same content as in-person sessions, and research supports that it works as well as in-person therapy.

About Me

I completed my undergraduate education at Brown University and my graduate education at Drexel University. I served as a doctoral intern in the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, and a postdoctoral fellow in advanced CBT techniques at Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Los Angeles.

When I’m not working, you can find me walking in the woods with my dogs, adorable terrors Juno and Zora, climbing inexpertly in the gym or outside, or eating baked goods.
